Friendly staff, clean room. One area to work on was making sure all shower dispensers are full. Ours did not have shower gel. Also, on our last day, we had to eat our breakfast with a spoon. There was a sign out that said “Sorry, no forks.”

It’s overpriced for what it was, but we understand it’s the area. Can’t understand why they can’t upgrade to a pull out couch that’s even semi-comfortable- it was pretty awful, as was the linens provided for the bed. Lobby area was beautiful, as was the location of the hotel. Loved having a kitchen. We found soy sauce packs in the garbage disposal so that was interesting but overall it was a good stay. But over $600 for two nights seems extravagant and it was a tight fit for our family in a one bedroom with living room and kitchen….
I love the location. It's close to freeways and convenience to all Issaquah locations. The pull out sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. You can feel the springs of the bed. Other than that, it was a great stay.
We regularly stay at Homewood and the sister property (Garden Inn). Generally the property is clean and well maintained, and the staff are pleasant. It was unusual this stay not to be greeted or acknowledged by the front desk when we came through the door. Usually we are greeted every time but not once did that happen this trip. The included self-serve breakfast needs to be monitored more closely. Twice (out of four times) we came down a little before 9 (when it runs to 10 or 10:30) and the pastry case was almost completely empty and the hot foods depleted (one dish empty). There were no staff nearby to bring this to their attention on either day. The fruit consisted of whole apples and bananas which were green and blackish. Honestly canned fruit cocktail or just a pile of grapes would have been a better option. This is one of the "main perks" and honestly was just not up to par with our previous experiences and the Hilton brand.
Liked the pool, breakfast was ok but, room was noisey and pull out bed wasnt parallel and shouldnt be considered a bed.

Very clean, front desk people very nice. Breakfast was maybe a C . Few choices, no plates, no forks until other guests asked for them. But the room and location were great
What a wonderful property with great rooms. We were close to Downtown Seattle, the airport as well as wonderful hiking in North Bend. We were close to Snoqualmie Falls as well as some great local breweries where we met a friend we had not seen in 2 years. We only stayed a night but plan on coming back on our annual trips to Seattle!
Hot tub was an inviting respite while doing laundry one day. Breakfast lacked variety, same offerings all 10 days of my stay. Staff was quite helpful and friendly. Room was well maintained, full kitchen helped keep food expenses down. Room was very quiet and dark, both high on my priority list. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.
The place was clean and neat. I liked the view of the all the trees.
