Your front desk staff, Nosipho and Nomvelo are friendly, courteous, and professional. These ladies assisted me with a variety of questions; my being unaquainted with the Keys. Wedding day was hectic. My wife and I were late. They secured our luggage and directed us to the restrooms inorder to change into our wedding attire. This hotel is exceptional with clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be courteous and responsive. Our room was a generous size, clean and well appointed (as is often the case we wouldn’t have said no to a couple of more outlets lol). The beach and pool areas had plenty of seating and multiple things to do—ping pong, cornhole, etc. We would absolutely stay here again.

I have so much good to say but one incident truly hindered the experience. I asked for a kids cup with a lid and when I opened to look inside there was an insect floating in my childs milk. I told the waiter concerned and he said she leave it, he won't charge it. Dismissed it, left it on the table and didn't apologize for how gross that was.

Nice place in great location but, Few options for food or coffee, the restaurant was virtually dead during our stay, TV went out for most of one day as they had to find an “engineer”, door to outside parking lot next to our room did not lock at all so anyone could come and go. I mean it wasn’t great can’t really say it was good so average is about right.

Room was lousy. Called 3x to have someone come fix toilet. Had to live with it as no one showed up. Got sick night 2 of a 4 night stay. I requested Hotel manager to please cancel one night or even give a hotel credit. They refused. We stay in the keys Often and would have given them another shot, but management was greedy and no empathy at all. Rooms were not cheap and simply asked for a simple accommodation not for them to ruin their business. They suck! Much better places to stay for similar price in same area.

Beautiful grounds, very comfortable beds, provided water taxi between their 3 resorts, pool area with tiki bar very nice.

This resort exceed our expectations. Wonderful for families , very clean and amazing staff. We did a free fishing lesson with captain Patrick and he was wonderful-also great with kids. Loved the free water taxi to visit the sister resorts . We will definitely be back
