Not a resort. The restaurant closes at 4 PM. The pool closes at 8 PM. We weren’t able to use the pool since we were at the beach all day. Our main door lock did not work. I told them and they never fixed it. Our bathroom door was so difficult to close that we had to slam it. This made it difficult to not wake up the other people in the room so we had to leave the bathroom door cracked (no privacy). Yes I told front desk. It was never fixed. The fan is so loud it gave me a headache. The Check-in person at the front desk put my passport on the copier and left it there. I waited a few minutes and then asked her if I could have it back. She said OK and then didn’t get it. I had to ask three times. She also wanted our United States drivers licenses even though we had our Passports. Later, I read the check-in instructions and they clearly said only one form of ID was required. She took what felt like forever. It seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing.
The hallway noise in the mornings is insane. All of the room doors slam shut very loud and the maids’ carts have loud rattling squeaky wheels. We were unable to open our balcony door. I didn’t contact the front desk this time because I was tired of having to report things. I won’t stay here again.
