Wonderful property and attention to customer service. We requested a new item for the room and they promptly responded and a new item was brought to the room by housekeeping. Felt secure and safe. Location was prefect for Place Royale and AML cruises. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is colorful, clean and well maintained with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good. We ate at the Bijou restaurant twice because it was amazing and we wanted to try as many dishes as possible.

Room for one night was decent. Had trouble getting the air working during the night so the room was a bit warm. It was working when we got there. Turned back on early in the morning. Thermostat was in the room, but we didn’t seem to control it. Bed was a bit hard, but the room was clean. Close to train which why we picked it for that night.
