A really, really great hotel :-)

Really, really great hotel. Centrally located, super clean with a really helpful staff. The view from the breakfast room (on the 12th floor) is magnificent. There's even a 7-Eleven in the hotel lobby :-)

Good location near to town centre

Staff are helpful. Room including bedlinen are clean with amenities. However towels are a bit old and would be good to have newer towels

I dropped my room key in the hotel lift. The hotel want to charge me $30 for the loss. Never encounter this kind of charge. The room was below average and not provide much. Will never stay in this type of hotel again.

They got nice view up on 12th floor which is also the check-in lobby. 7-11 is at the ground floor. When we book the room, it didn't quite match the description to the booking site. Extra 50rm to upgrade to a new renovate room. The entire hotel doesn't have a fridge in the rooms. Check-in wait time was bit slow, we waited for at least 30 mins, as there was 1 staff doing all the work. The line up was back up all the way to the elevator. Overall, it was alright for an overnight stay.

Nicely remodeled rooms, lobby and dinning area. Friendly and helpful staff. 24 hour 7 Eleven in the first floor. Limited parking. Close to old town Ipoh but the area needs to be revitalized.

Limited parking but the guards are very helpful. Shower water temperature keeps fluctuating from hot to cold even without changing the tap setting. Room is clean and doesnt feel cramped.

Only had one pillow each in our room, we asked for 2 extra. One was complementary, but the other we had to pay for. Very poor customer service. Small room, but good shower, A/C and ample breakfast choice.

Excellent stay

Is very nice hotel but the room is very small and the towel was old. The bed is comfortable and breakfast has good variety of choices with good service by the staff. Walking distance to concubine road. Overall is a good stay.

Convenient location, located just a short walk away from old town Ipoh and about 10-15 minutes walk from the Ipoh train station. Within the hotel lobby is a convenient store, and just next door is a historical restaurant pub. Further a little ways is the old town which hosts many eateries, cafes, shops, and tourist spots. Hotel is newly refurbished, and the rooms are clean and tidy, modern looking, and cozy with a great view overlooking Ipoh city and the Kinta river. The sheets and pillows were spotless, the bathroom was clean and well stocked with basic toiletries, however, the room does not have a mini fridge. Check-in and out was a breeze, and the staff and receptionist were incredibly courteous and friendly. All in all, a perfect hotel for a quick getaway in Ipoh with easy access, comfortable rooms, and perfect location.

Excellent location though parking is tight. The person parked below our elevated car forgot to leave his keys behind and we waited abt 20 mins for him to come down and drive his car away so that we could retrieve our car. Otherwise the stay was pleasant though at some points we cld hear our neighbours talking rather loudly.

The accommodation itself was bare bones; cold hard floor, no fridge, low quality bedding, cheap particle board desk. The hotel has a new look (deceptive but appealing) and the breakfast is good with a polite helpful staff in the restaurant. Thing with this hotel that really rubbed me wrong was the reception staff and the check in and out process. I feel like I just checked in, stayed, and checked out of a government facility.

Hotel was very welcoming in terms of hospitality and comfort. The only setback is the location. It's very dangerous to drop off and pick up as it is located at a curve. Vehicles speeding makes it inconvenient and unsafe too.
