Hotel parking needs to drive until at least level 4. Valet parking was full at the night I arrived. Overall great experience only the wall art above the bed and at the center of the room seems a bit weird.

The hotel is at good location and transport is very convenient. Although no bus, grab is very easy and fast. It near to attractions and eateries. It linked to a big mall that allows us go shopping, massage, etc. Room facilities are good and drinking water is 24 hrs available. Room and bathroom are spacious too. Security is good, and there is an infinity pool at the rooftop to enjoyed sunset..

A good stay at WEIL Hotel! The modern rooms are stylish and comfortable, with great city views. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the location is ideal, within walking distance to great food and attractions. Directly linked to the shopping mall. One of the rooms was smelly with smoking ordour. Asked for a replacement which they agreed to, then we decided to roam around the city. Upon our return, they offered a cheaper room. Which we questioned, was so unhappy with the response given. After a series of arguments, i asked for a refund. Then suddenly, there was a last min cancelation for another room which is comparable to what we pay. Horrible experience!
