BEWARE! tl;dr: not value for money, poor CS [Facilities] Rooms do not have windows, and they claim to already have disclosed this based on the listing. (Because they say the windows are dark in the pictures) Related to the lack of windows and sunlight is that the rooms get very dusty and dark throughout. Walls are thin, neighbors only need to have a conversation and it can very clearly be heard, imagine having kids next door crying or children jumping above! Water pressure was horribly weak. WiFi is very spotty. Can’t get a decent connection throughout our stay. [Service] Did not appreciate how their first response re:windows is by defending themselves using pictures. Definitely leaves a bad taste to what is supposed to be a trip we were looking forward to.

A really good stay - the hotel has been recently refurbished so is much nicer than some older reviews suggest. Our room attendant Rishad was super attentive and kind. Other staff in the hotel were also very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast could be improved but this was the only thing we noted.
