Clean modern new 2nd floor with kitchen/living room & bedroom with en-suite bath. Up 1 flight of steps to enter. Parking in driveway was convenient as was washer/dryer unit immediately outside door. Street had traffic passing through but not a major concern. Mostly small industry close by but no walkable nearby coffee shops or restaurants. Garbage cans were in front of sign for parking but I figured out where I was to park.

The apartment was very clean, safe and comfortable. Unfortunately, it is located on a busy street which created significant traffic noise. Even with the windows closed it was loud as cars, trucks and emergency vehicles passed. The other difficulty was the floor to ceiling windows. They afforded no privacy so curtains had to be closed.
