Exterior at entrance was bad enough that I initially thought the place was closed. Check in was smooth. Room was fairly clean with a desk chair that looked like a garage sale throw away. Plenty of hair (not mine) in the shower and the shower ran out of hot water during a normal length shower.

Our room was absolutely disgusting. Our key to the door never worked. The property was unkept from the outside to the inside.

Property was generally clean, but hot water did not work consistently. While I don't think the staff was lying about the hot water, I think they had practiced excuses for the poor condition of the plumbing. Weirdly, they also decided to repaint the lines in the parking lot while guest cars were in the spots.

This was a rundown hotel. It was clean but very much in need of updates and upgrades. I expected a little more for $150/night.

Poor service and Amenities

1. Fob didn’t work. We had to goto front desk 3 times to get it fixed. 2. Water in shower was not warm 3. Shower lotion was near wash basin and not in shower. Extremely inconvenient.
