Dull Towels & sheets …

Fabulous hotel and employees are very friendly! However, the towels and sheets look like they had some serious mileage on them. Dingy, wrinkled, itchy, and mismatched. I don’t know where they found those towels! Super old ones mixed in with a few new. Oh and I couldn’t see out my window for something was on the glass that you can’t wipe away.

There was a group of kids in the hotel that was running up and down the halls. Kicked/hit our does extremely have on several occasions. Not just our 2 room but others as well. I had to call the front desk on several occasions. Some of them most have been staying the the room directly above us in 410 because all we heard was stumping and loud noise well into the night. Then ask the had for breakfast was eggs, French toast sticks and oatmeal. The pancake and waffle machine was down and there was no meats or potatoes. We thought it was supposed to be a full hour breakfast Buffett. So we left both tired and hungry.

The bedding and pillow cases smelt like they had not been changed from the previous guests and the cover had some stains on it. I reached out to the front desk to ask them to change the bedding and while we were at the pool they brought new bedding and left it on the counter so I could remake the bed myself. I thought that was rather strange and unsanitary because here I am telling you that there is dirty linen and you expect me to touch dirty linens just leave it on the counter for me to make the bed. I had my child with me and I did not want to make a scene so I made the bed. The room could have used some dusting. Positives- The hotel is close to the outdoor mall so there are lots of shopping options. The restaurant options around were great and their complimentary breakfast was decent. Would I stay there again- no.

The property was nice and very close to all the shopping and a very nice area. The staff was a little odd. We did encounter an issue with kids in the pool with zero supervision. But I guess that’s more of a parent problem.
