Roomy 2-Story house ideal for large families and groups. Pet-friendly with covered outdoor space and hot tub and recently fully fenced in! Central location - only 1.5 miles to Western OR University and downtown Monmouth and Independence; within walking distance to several restaurants and grocery stores. Very large kitchen and dining space for group meals. Comfy couches and 4 king beds plus a bunk with 2 full beds to relax! Double driveway and garage for parking. This simple, but sweet home is sure to accommodate your crew.

Great spot for a group

We had a job in Sheridan, and this house was perfect for four employees. I would suggest a larger TV and maybe some in the rooms. The guys worked together all day and didn't want to have to be together to watch something. The hot tub was small, only one guy could fit at a time. Garrett was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. The house itself was spacious. The guys enjoyed it and didn't complain. We had access to the garage for security of tools and parking was available for multiple trucks. If we ever have work in the area again we definitely will be try to book this home. We actually tried to extend but someone had booked already. If you have a large group or a work trip is suggest here. There's great communal and private spaces for guests! Thank you Garrett!

Great for big family's

Great stay overall, could tell was a newer listing, there was no trash service so had to leave a weeks trash in the garage, no wash cloths for showers and litimited kitchen supplies( wisk, cup cake or pie pan not included). The sleeping and space is perfect for large family getaway. The property is listed as pet friendly but if you have large dogs, there it no privacy fence, so they have to be leached due no gated yard , and no grass in the back, we walked our dogs to the near by river.

Excellent house location and communication with the nice owner

Love the house ,clean and very comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy our stay ,the owner is so nice ,communication with him was so easy and fast .
