We've stayed there many times and it's always nice. I do think they should upgrade the ac units in some of the rooms, but when we told them one of the ACs werent working, they were quick to fix it. The location is also perfect. It's at the more quiet end of the Marina with lots of restaurants. The cleaniness is good, the room was cleaned daily.

The property was very nice, love the location closed to so many restaurant on the marina. Embara was very helpful, he went out of he’s way to make us fill at home, the receptionist team was very nice and helpful as well just like the restaurant staff. I recommend 100%.

This property is not worth the money. Almost every inside the room was broken. Even the dish that holds the soap. No i didn’t file a complaint because what are they going to do? Start replacing the door, windows, shower and mirror. Checkin was supposed to be at 2:00 pm we arrived at 2:15 and had to wait 30 minutes to check in. The internet in the room is horrible. Under 1 mbps.

Our stay there was nice, staff were very helpful. The location is very good walking distance to everything. The locals were soo nice and friendly. The pool is not directly in the hotel it’s a 5 min walk but they provide beach shuttle but overall not much to complain about.

We always enjoy staying at The Bay Hotel. The family rooms are big and cleaned every day. The location is also amazing, it's right at the marina.

The views are beautiful. Check in was seamless. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable… not the traditional flat, hard mattress you usually find in Egypt (IYKYK). I was on the top floor and the sea breeze kept the mosquitos away! Definitely , I would stay here again!

Problems with the transfer from airport to hotel. The Hotel didn’t have a car waiting for me, after it was set up. Lucky for me, a passenger I met on plane shared her Uber, remember this is at 4 am. The taxi’s\uber’s at airport are very aggressive. This became an adventure, since the Hotel is only 1.5 miles away. Long story short, 1 hr later was delivered to the Marina, redirected to the Hotel. Even the "outside" adventures taken, the transfer had a problem locating and dropping people off. In future they should change the name or just say "The Bay Hotel" and hopefully they get you there. The service, room and meals were good. Its located to some nice restaruants and stores

The Hotel is very good and it's positioned inside the Marina where there are many restaurants, bars and cafes as wel as sovenier shops. And one of the best walking locations in Hurghada. The only down point is that there is no swimming pool and the beach is quite far away othere than that every thing is perfect

We enjoyed our stay at the Bay Marina Hurghada hotel a lot. The view from the balcony of deluxe room is amazing. The balcony itself is so spacious and we spend mornings enjoying coffee with the sea view and evenings dining and relaxing on the balcony. The room is very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff both at the check in counter and restaurant was very friendly and accommodating. There is a fish market walking distance from the hotel where they cook fresh catch from the red sea. They also have their own, very neat private beach walking distance away. There are many restaurants at the marina, all walking distance from the hotel.

L appartement est grand et beau avec une très belle vue sur la marina. Mais la propreté laisse vraiment à désirer et le pire c est une odeur qui remontent des égouts épouvantables. Dans toutes les pièces. Heureusement que cet hôtel était pour moi uniquement pour la nuit. La piscine et la mer sont à 10 min de marche. Il y a des navettes mais jusqu’à 17h seulement. La piscine est très sale également avec de la musique extrêmement forte et pas pour les familles car ils passent de la musique à fond on ne s entend même pas parler, du rap très très vulgaires. J étais avec 2 enfants en bas âge et ce n était pas du tout adapté. Pour le Check out à 6 h du matin je devais partir rapidement pour prendre mon avion et là le Mr de la réception me dit que je dois de l argent car j ai consommé des chips et des boissons alors que je n ai rien touché. En plus de la saleté ils sont mal organisés. Je ne recommande absolument pas si j avais du passé mes vacances dans cet hôtel j aurais été plus que déçue d ailleurs je pense que je serais partie dès le lendemain.
