Beautiful to look at - but not close to anything

This was an amazing hotel to look at. It was very quiet and peaceful - but totally in the middle of nowhere. We went into town, hired a moped - but also stayed two nights in Hua Hin over New Year - as they stopped the transfers for a few days - which we didn't know about. Small kitchenette - but without cutlery and plates - i'm sure if we had asked for them it would have been fine. Bathroom totally needs updating - slightly smelly and mouldy - but a great size with bath as well. Huge big bed - so uncomfortable - but once we asked for an extra duvet to sleep on - they helped straight away. Only one lounger outside and no cushion. 4 chairs upstairs on terrace - again no cushions. Would totally recommend - but be aware there is literally nothing close to you.

Maintenance is under the rate.

Check in service staffs were ok. Facility should get improved -Swimming pools are too ridiculously dirty. We've called to clean up, unfortunately, they can't clean up during the day. -Room TV midnight can't shut down with the remote control, duty staff came all the way tested and tried, the end he just pulls out the plugs. To make us feel like scary. We were very disappointed and upset. We chose to stay at this villas mainly because of the swimming pool. Sadly, we couldn't enjoy at all.

Amazing resort outside the city

Stands out from the usual hustle of the beach town, both geographically and aesthetically. Beautiful property with really cosy public areas. Private pool villas are amazing giving you privacy as well as good services. Breakfast spread was good too. Should bring your own car while traveling here.

The villa was perfect and spacious. We were so excited with our very own pool and jacuzzi. View of the mountains from the rooptop was beautiful and we were excited to catch some eagles flying.Service by the staff was quick and wonderful despite some tiny language differences. Hotel was overall amazing.

Every villas has got the long & big swimming pool

Good for a nice quite get a way

Check in was very fast and efficient, with very pleasing staff. We were taken to our room by two members, and shown the facilities of the room. Nice large airy room, large bed facing the pool, and a direct access double door to the pool. Small kitchette behind a divider behind the bed. Large bathroom off to the side comprising of a large jet tub, separate shower. All was very clean and in good order. On top of the villa is a terrace with a small canopy and a table and chairs. Perfect for sitting at over looking the pool as the sun sets! The pool is quite large and shared by 8 other rooms, and there are 3 interlinked pools to each set. There are 2 sets of 3 pools. Outside each room is a deck lounger and bean bags for sitting round outside. There is a good distance between each villa so there is some privacy, but people do have to walk through your space to get to their room round the pool. All room have a side entrance off the road behind, but the majority walked round the pool, and through your area. There were not many people staying, so we had breakfast bought to our room, which was very pleasant, as we sat outside and had it. There are some very well kept gardens between the two sets of pools, and staff were constantly grooming these. In the main building is a large open dining area, where normally breakfast is served, as well as all day meals.

Not really convenient. I will go again only if i am into swimming only. Good to have shuttle services but Should have better timings for shuttle services since it is so far away from the night market. More alternatives will be better. Current service is Go at 7pm pick up at 9pm. From 7pm-720pm Used 20 mins to travel to the night market. 2 hour is not enough to shop and eat. and the staff should be able to understand simple english. wasnt able to understand what she meant and almost have a quarrel.

Nice villa but poor location

The villa was a great experience with the pool right at your door step. However the location isn't convenient, driving is a must. Also the bath and shower's water wasn't warm enough. The bathroom is nicely renovated while the rest of the bedroom is so so... There's a kitchen and dining table but seems like not much appliances or cutleries available. We are out so it didn't really matter..
