Private swimming pool and great house

Spacious three bedroom house with high ceilings living room, kitchen island with top appliances such as gas and electric stove, convection and microwave ovens by Sub-Zero Woolf. Modern wet bar and a wine rack.

Each bedroom has Queen size bed with its own WiFi connection. One bedroom has two Queen size beds.

There are two Queen size sleeper sofas. The AC is Nest Smart Control. If your doors are open it will turn AC off and then into Eco mode. Please make sure all doors (front, garage and sliding to exit to the backyard) are closed as soon as you used them.

Outside gas and charcoal grills. Wonderfully landscaped backyard with the swimming pool. The property is totally private.

I recently added two ADT security cameras for external surveillance, one facing the front of the house the other facing the backyard and pool. . Extra $1,500 security deposit is required .
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

We had a great stay! The property owner was friendly and kept in good communication throughout our visit, which made everything smooth and easy. The home was exactly as pictured and absolutely perfect for our needs. The pool was a great temperature and got lots of use during our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook, and having a washer and dryer on-site was a big plus. Overall, a very pleasant experience, we’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a nice, safe neighborhood. Spacious, clean, and the pool…wow!! We were in town for ballgames at Daikin, and chose to uber…very reasonable time and affordability. The home is well appointed. The pool and grill area are excellent. You can't catch Netflix anything like that and the cable service is a bummer. The host communicates extremely well. I loved my stay.

Horrible first time experience!

What started off to be a great stay turned really bad. Communication was great until I failed to leave a review. The house was a nice house. You can tell it belonged to someone older because the house smelled really bad that we had to go get smell goods and disinfectant spray. The owner controlled the AC from the conforts of his own home. Furniture was very old and uncomfortable in the living room and the room chairs. After the owner asked for a review two days in a row (Monday 6/17 & Tuesday 6/18) and refused he comes trying to charge me $810 because he said the pool was dirty and a bunch of other things that weren’t even true. We left the house exceptionally clean, inside and out! I highly recommend NOT renting this home because he will try to get over on you.
