The house is fully enclosed and framed already so most of the louder sounds should be at a minimum.

Perfect place

This place was the perfect place for our quick trip through Houston. The room was comfortable and cool and clean and the backyard was a little oasis. The owner was super kind and helpful and a great host! We would definitely stay here again!
