The River Nest-Hot Tub & River View

The River Nest is one of three modern river front cabins located just north of the historic town of Hot Springs. The River Nest was designed for a romantic and memorable getaway for 2 people or a small family. Come enjoy time together in the cabin nestled in the woods. Large glass doors allow natural light in as well as breathtaking views of the river to be seen from inside the cabin. Spend endless hours enjoying the hot tub on our covered deck with river views. Each cabin is beautifully crafted and thoughtfully spread out to create privacy, but not complete seclusion. Located just 15 minutes north of downtown Hot Springs and the historic Bathhouse Row. The River Nest Cabin is nestled on 15 acres of beautiful river front along with two other cabins. The land is conveniently located on a main road, and from the road one can see the cabin is situated next to the Saline River and surrounded by beautiful trees and nature which allows for privacy. Additionally, the deck is equipped with privacy shades to allow for further privacy when desired.

Fourth Cabin Coming Soon!!! We will begin building mid January and our fourth cabin (with a bunk room) should be complete by August. Contractor’s will work typical hours Monday-Friday.

Traveling with friends and family? Book multiple cabins! Cabins are spaced 70-100 yards apart.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a patio and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a microwave.

This was the perfect cabin to spend our honeymoon and disconnect from the world! From the view, the hot tub, bed and coffee it was all wonderful!! The river is beautiful and is fun to go and explore! The bed was so amazing, it made it hard to want to get out of it and go do anything but lots to see all within a 30 minute drive! Great place we would love to visit again!

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at Jordan Qualls’ cabin. The place was absolutely immaculate—spotless from top to bottom—and felt even better than the photos online. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, from the cozy furnishings to the well-stocked essentials that made it feel like home. The location was peaceful and private, yet still convenient to everything we needed. Jordan was an outstanding host, quick to respond and clearly invested in making sure guests have a flawless experience. This cabin not only met my expectations but went far beyond them. I’m already looking forward to booking again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Cozy cabin oasis

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin. The attention to detail in the decor really made it feel like a cozy home away from home. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring in Hot Springs. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies each night. The location of the cabin was perfect, with stunning scenery all around. The host was incredibly hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We can't wait to come back and visit again!
