The shower water remains chilly even when set to the highest temperature, which makes bathing uncomfortable. There is no in‑room phone, nor is any contact information provided for reaching the front desk. The only number available online is for reservations, so any concerns require physically walking to the lobby. This is inconvenient and impractical, especially during late hours. The room lacks a functioning thermostat for air conditioning. An electric unit beneath the window appears to be a heater, but its controls do not work, leaving its purpose unclear. To cool the room, the only option was to open the balcony door. The Wi‑Fi is free but comes with notable restrictions. Streaming services such as YouTube are blocked unless guests pay for a higher‑tier plan. While I understand the business model, it is disappointing given that many travelers rely on streaming for entertainment or work."
