"Lovely hotel
Beautiful room upgrade a surprise so lovey thank you overlooking the pond & golf course.
Breakfast sunday morning a nightmare no staff to assist, had to ask for cups, plates and fresh food as food was not being replenished quick enough for the amount of guests.
Tables not being cleaned away lots of guests waiting around for stuff.
1 guy in the restaurant running around when others should have been more attentive and doing their job. Need more staff or Manager needs to have a word and get them moving!!"
