Perfect setup for our family right on the waterfront and views of snow on Mt Wellington as well as the Antarctic ice breaker in the harbour. Walkable to the best pubs and restaurants.

The property is very large and has a beautiful fireplace. Cupboards have extra heaters, vacuum and cleaning products. Kitchen has dishwasher, paper towels, salt/pepper, and great utensils. Lovely linen on the extra large king bed which was so comfy. Bathroom has double headed shower, glorious bath and large vanity. Toilet in a completely separated area. A large outdoor area with sun chairs, table and bbq. We could not fault this amazing property.

The visible stains on bed throw pillow, no room servicing offered even after 3 night stay, coffee and milk for only one day, fresh towels needed, greasie hair dryer and grubby plastic 'bathroom kit' holder - had other peoples toothpaste splatters on it. Yuk! For the cost very average.

Fantastic Apartment

This apartment was perfect. Great location, very spacious and clean, parking available at a small extra cost. We stayed for 7 nights and the apartment is not more than a 10min walk to city cafes and restaurants, shopping and Salamanca. We loved the floor plan as there is a bedroom and bathroom on the same floor as the living room and kitchen and two bedrooms on the first floor plus another bathroom and laundry so it was great for my mum who can’t navigate a lot of stairs. There are a few stairs from street level to the front door. Apartment was very clean and was equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. Staff are also very friendly at front desk and if you arrive after hours, they provide easy and clear instructions on how to access keys for apartment. Beds are very comfortable and extra blankets are provided. Lounges are also very comfortable in the living area. There is outdoor dining available in the rear courtyard. Very quiet and private. I would definitely stay here again. I would also highly recommend a small cafe very close to apartment called Hedberg Coffee. Very friendly staff, excellent coffee and hot chocolate and good food options.

Loved the house in Kelly st booked for 3 nights stayed for 2 reason the hot water and gas fireplace stopped working but they put us up in a 2 bed unit at ixl units in hunter st wife was happy

We stayed at Sullivans Cove Apartments as a family of five and couldn't have been happier with the space and comfort. The apartment was generously sized, with more than enough room for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to great restaurants, cafes, and Constitution Dock. It's the ideal base for exploring Hobart’s waterfront and Salamanca area. Parking was also super convenient, which made day trips really easy. One of the highlights was the view from the 5th level – absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. We’d definitely recommend Sullivans Cove Apartments to other families looking for a convenient, comfortable and scenic stay in Hobart.

Charged a second time before checkout

I was charged for my accommodation a second time the morning of checkout before we had even gone to reception. I only realised as I have account notifications on my phone. Why is reception processing charges on a security deposit card before anyone even checks out. This is not acceptable. This completely let down our stay as the property is quite nice and check in was good.

This unit was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Large and spacious. Beautiful bathrooms and bathtub. Warm with quiet airconditioning. Large TV. King Bed that was firm and in a large bedroom. Location is superb for wandering around Hobert and its dockside areas and Salamanca. There was nothing to not like about it.
