The hotel and room was very clean and it felt very secure with a number of staff always stationed at the entrance and security cameras in place. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was easy to check in and out (just allow a few minutes for check out as they like to check the room before you depart). There is a lovely gym and pool at the top of the hotel. We enjoyed the location of the hotel (located in District 1) as it was easy (15 mins) walking distance to the War Remnants Museum, Independence Palace, great street food market (Ben Nghe), a great general market for shopping and food (Ben Thanh), and other sights like the Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon and the Central Post Office of Saigon. There were also a lot of restaurants and cafes in the area. We had a very good egg coffee nearby at Q coffee and juice. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Good location and clean rooms. The staff was very friendly. Only thing I would complain about is that there is not hot water. The hottest the water got was room temperature/ tepid water. The hotel staff had a technician come and check it out but they said that was the hottest it would get. So if hot showers are important to you then this might not be a good choice. Otherwise it was good choice and the breakfast buffet was good.

5D4N stay in HCM District 1

Clean and comfy hotel to stay in. Room is clean and has good lighting all around. The room can be really dark with all lights switched off and shutter curtains closed. Bed is king size with enough pillows to feel comfortable to sleep in. Free replenishment of bottled mineral water daily. In room slippers are good. Spacious vanity top with lots of storage underneath. Offers both rain and hand shower along with a bathtub. Location is central in district 1 with lots of amenities around.

깔끔한 객실과 친절한 직원들 덕분에 잘 쉬었습니다. 위치도 중심부라 대부분 도보 이동도 가능했고, 숙박하는동안 불편한점은 없었습니다. 다만, 새벽에 캐리어 끌고 가는 소음에 대한 방음이 전혀 되어있지 않아 그것만 좀 아쉬웠네요.

My family and I rented the Penthouse with the two bedrooms. We were greeted with friendly and helpful staff. The check in process was fast and easy. I would highly recommend to stay. Rooms are new and clean. Well located. Nic e pho restaurant just 10meters from the hotel. Staff are attentive and friendly. Onmy issue is the front entrance has stairs so not for wheel chair bound people. But overall a wondeful hotel

日本人の感覚で評価します。 当ホテルのロケーションはブイビエンやベンタインまで徒歩圏内で日本人が一回は訪れる場所にあります。周辺には飲食店も種類が豊富でこまりません。ホテルは料金によります深さのあるがバスタブが設置されてます。湯量も豊富で途中で水に変わる事はない。また、シャワーもオーバーヘッドのレインシャワーとハンドがあるので不便さを感じる事はまず無いとおもう。徒歩圏内に観光スポットが多いので歩く距離が増えるが深いバスタブと充実したシャワー施設が疲れを癒してくれる。朝食は日本人の口に合う味付け。和食はないが味付けはランク上のホテルと同等のレベル。 個人的なおすすめは１２階のマッサージ施設。腕前は確かで確実に疲れが取れる。オーダーで強めにもソフトにも対応。清潔な施設で安心できる。ホテル周辺にもマッサージ店はあるがねだは変わらない。不衛生な店が多いマッサージ店が多いベトナムでは珍しい。 I will evaluate it from a Japanese perspective. The hotel is located within walking distance of Bui Vien and Ben Thanh, in a place that Japanese people visit at least once. There are many types of restaurants in the area, so you won't have any problems. The hotel has a deep bathtub (depending on the price). There is plenty of hot water and it doesn't turn to cold water halfway through. In addition, the shower has an overhead rain shower and hand shower, so you will not feel inconvenienced. There are many tourist spots within walking distance, so you will have to walk a lot, but the deep bathtub and the well-equipped shower facilities will help you relieve your fatigue. The breakfast is seasoned to suit Japanese tastes. There is no Japanese food, but the seasoning is on par with that of higher-ranked hotels. My personal recommendation is the massage facility on the 12th floor. The staff are skilled and will definitely relieve your fatigue. You can order strong or soft massages. The gym equipment is ok, but the gym could be climate controlled at least. Especially with how hot and humid Ho Chi Minh City gets overall. It’s almost intolerable working out in the gym at this property. Loved the breakfast buffet and the variety served daily.
