Scam. Do not book: I called them before I booked. They said they had an apartment available. I booked the room and arrived at the building. I sat for an hour waiting on a staff member to bring me to the room. They text me through WhatsApp and said there was a problem with the room and they would refund me. I booked elsewhere and never got a refund… hotel.com got a copy of this conversation but said I didn’t officially “cancel”. I didn’t cancel because it was nonrefundable. They said they realized it was a scam, and they would try to fix it… try to fix a scam??? What a bunch of crap.
