This hotel is in the heart of a neighborhood so you're immediately immersed in Vietnamese culture. The street it's on is narrow with a number of small shops. This isn't a 5 star hotel where you feel like you're in a large western city. The ambience is local, which I really enjoyed.
The room was large and clean with what I think was a king size bed. It was comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. There was a small kitchenette that included a fridge, sink and a hot pad. There was also a counter with a chair as well as an 'easy' chair in our room. There was a drawer with a key and other space for hanging clothing as well as drawers and shelves. There were 2 balconies overlooking the street below in our fourth floor room, the top floor.
The AC worked well and we were very comfortable.
The elevator worked well.
The staff was helpful. If they weren't present in the lobby (which is small) they responded quickly to Whatsapp texts.
There were 2 washers and dryers with soap available, all for free, which was very convenient for us.
