予約コードが送られて来てなかったのか、私がメールを見落としてしまったのか分からないが… 心配になり、宿泊日の５日前くらいに、施設に電話して確認したりもしました。旅程番号で入れると言われて安心してましたが、いざ当日チェックインしようとすると、番号が違うと…全く入れず。 緊急の電話番号に電話するが、留守番電話のようなものに、話しかけて、電話を待つしくみ。 寒い中、子供を待たせながら、慌てながらの作業。一時は、支払いも済んでいるが、諦めようか…とも考えました。 電話をかけてきて下さった男性の方は、とても優しく丁寧に、やり取りをして下さったので、気持ちも穏やかになりましたが… 施設自体は、とても良かったです。 不満に感じたのは、お湯の温度が43度に設定されていて、洗い物（油物の洗い物）がなかなかキレイにならなかったこと。 食器類が、若干薄汚れの物があったこと。 宿泊予約が確定している人からの、問い合わせには、すぐ繋がる電話を用意して欲しかった。 もう、仕組みが分かったので、いつでも利用出来ると思いますので、また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

他の方と同じく、入るのに苦労しました。鍵の番号まではいけましたが、鍵の開け方に手間取り、問い合わせた結果出来ました。 室内は特に問題なく快適に過ごせました。部屋数はありますが、アメニティは人数分で、タオルはバスタオル、フェイスタオル各1枚ずつありました。2名で利用しましたが、ベットは同じ部屋の2台のみセットされていて、他の部屋のベッドは使えませんでした。別々に寝たかったので、その点は残念でした。Wi-Fi利用できました。 トータルでは、お安く利用できたので満足です。

帰国後隔離で2週間滞在しましたが本当にストレスフリーで過ごせる素晴らしい宿泊施設でした。必要最低限の物は全て揃っていますし、すぐ横に1日400円のコインパーキング、歩いて5分の場所にファミマ、10分の場所に五日市駅と24時間スーパーがあります。 また予約前に様々な質問にも素早く答えて下さったり相談にも乗っていただきました。 改善しても良いのではと思った点は一つだけ、冷蔵庫が一人暮らしサイズだったので大人数の宿泊を想定されていると思うのでもう少し大きくても良かったのではと思いました。 総評として、当方は職業柄様々な国、地域でホテルを利用しておりますが、今まで泊まったホテルで一番でした。
