After driving 13 hrs we arrived at the hotel unable to check in due to an internet outage. We offered every solution but were told only the owner could make an exception. Ok. Piled back in the carto continue 2 hours until the next town. The front desk lady called us 30 mins in, internet up! We race back check in,(11pm) Thankful for her call, but not for the full charge.

Hot tub was luke warm, room smelled like it used to be a smoking room bleh, toilet flooded and was offered a plunger and more towels. The place needs a good scrub and carpets shampooed. Front dest staff was kind.
