Quick overnight stop. Good price, $68 on a Friday. Room had microwave, fridge, & coffee pot. Second floor had small balconies off each room (no chairs). Furnishings and bathroom are updated and clean. Small pillows, bed was ok. Pool and hot tub looked clean but we didn’t use. Continental breakfast was very basic; cereal, toast, etc. Staff was friendly. Would stay again!

It was ok not that great.. I won't be staying here ever again.. the food wasn't good biscuits and gravy were dry, the fruit didn't look yummy more like yucky. And the pol had too much chlorine and it was dirty. This motel needs some TLS.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and easily answers questions. The two doors in the room are convenient. You can go directly outside or to the Inn corridor. The room is updated and bed is comfortable.

Nothing off the charts about this place, except it's clean and has everything a person needs! It's comfortable and it's quiet..and most affordable. If you are just traveling thru and need a quick stop over .. is the place.

It looks like the place has been remodeled in the last year or so. Everything was clean and freshly painted. It was perfect for our motorcycle group and the front desk clerk gave us each a old towel for cleaning our motorcycles. We could not get our internet connection to work with our phones. It is basically a budget hotel but it worked out for our group.

Reserved on line per TA recommendations. Motor lodge style, which I like, indoor pool & spa, clean room, good pillows and towels. a nice person checked us in and gave us good advice on local food. We ended up walking across the street to a decent pizza spot. Good food, cold beer and cheap. I would have no problem staying here again.

We were traveling to Redwood National Park and needed a place to crash for the night. I found this place online. The reviews were positive so I booked it. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Even a balcony to relax on. We did not use the pool or hot tub but I could tell it was well kept. The breakfast was small but we did not drive away hungry. Lena (I hope I spelled that right) was a treat to visit with at the desk both at check in and check out.

This property is clean, but rather tired and run down. I wouldn't have minded it at all if it was $75 a night. But we ended up paying almost twice that—simply not a good value. Also communication with the front desk at check in and throughout our stay was very difficult as English was not the fellow's first (or second) language.

We stayed here in Aug 2015 with NO problems, arrived at 10pm,with our 10lb. dog,he doesn't bark,is well trained, has his own bed. They were very nice and accommodating. A week and 1/2 ago, July 27th,2017 we were moving 2 states away, had driven 14 hours, just wanted a place to shower and sleep for a bit. I love Burns' people, and figured it would be no problem this time, either. We got there at 2:30pm ,all the rooms were empty. Was told there were 2 rooms, a queen or a king. The sign says check in your pet, not no pets, and he stayed last time, so I declared him, she started out o.k. with it. Then all of a sudden, she(the older Indian lady) said there were no rooms for me. I asked why, she just said no rooms. I left back out to the UHaul and trailer we had, about crying, we were so tired and hot.My husband went in and asked why wouldn't she rent us a room, there were empty rooms everywhere, and they were still cleaning some. She said she didn't say that(not true) Well, barely speaking English, she obviously wasn't born here, and he told her she was committing reverse racism on us, there was no reason to not rent to a paying customer, willing to pay extra for our tiny, well trained pet, in a hotel full of empty rooms. Especially when 2 years prior we were welcomed at 10pm when we weren't sure of getting a room so late. We had to continue to drive and there were no hotels for the next 2-3 hours until we reached Boise. This was the most frustrating and tiring experience on our trip, all we wanted was a hot shower and some sleep, we probably would have left in time for them to re-rent the room again if need be. I don't know if management has changed in 2 years, but I will never use that racist hotel again, ever. Burns was one of my favorite little towns, everyone, even the police are nice and friendly, but this place, American Best Value Inn? Worst place EVER. I would never use, nor recommend ANYONE I know traveling through that way to stop there and use that place. Better off to stop in Bend, or somewhere close to that, unless you can go on to Idaho, much friendlier and accommodating people.

Above all motels l have ever been. Pool! Says it all. Nice lndian family. We were there with our 2 little children. The two beds were large and the room very clean and it smelled fresh. The breakfast was normal. Onky minus was there was only one coffee in the room. All else was super!
