Recently Renovated Coastal Inspired Villa, Short Walk to the Beach!

Immerse yourself in tranquility at this charming, one-level villa. Completely remodeled and decorated in serene colors, the space exudes a sense of calm, the perfect escape for a relaxing getaway. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to whip up delicious meals, while two inviting bedrooms ensure a comfortable stay.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, smart TV and en suite bathroom with custom tiled shower. The guest bedroom offers 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin Bed, smart TV and a hall bathroom with a combination shower/tub.

Off the living area you can step outside to your own private, fenced-in patio with gas grill, a delightful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, an al fresco dinner or an evening glass of wine under the stars.

The beach is accessed by a brisk walk, a short bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, which is a seasonal and on-call shuttle service! Other amenities which are nearby include the Robert Trent Jones clubhouse and Top Golf driving range, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball center as well as Alexanders Restaurant.

Vacation home and villa rental properties that are dog-friendly are available between October 1 through March 31 for an additional charge. No pets are permitted in any of the vacation homes between April 1 through September 30. Our pet policy only allows one dog per rental unit with a maximum weight of 40 pounds. Other restrictions may apply.

Service animals are permitted year round at our Hilton Head resort facilities. We appreciate your cooperation with this policy.

December beach getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to rent. Very comfortable. Palmetto dunes stall responsive and helpful. Property description was accurate. It was clean and well main and I Would recommend this rental. We enjoyed biking to the beach.
