Welcome to 65 Dune Lane! This gorgeous five bedroom, four and a half bathroom Forest Beach oceanfront home can host a group of up to ten guests.

The private pool deck area overlooks the pristine beach and ocean. A nice perk is the home offers complementary pool heat seasonally. As long as the outdoor temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool heat typically March through May & September through October.

This is a dog friendly home & allows up to two dogs total. The pet fee is $250 plus tax. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please reach out to our office in advance to pay the additional fee and confirm your dog.

• Distance to Beach: Oceanfront with Direct Beach Access

• Private Pool: The pool is approximately 20' by 11' with a depth range of 3.5’ – 4.5’. The pool is able to be heated seasonally only at no additional cost. It is not able to be heated if the temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. The pool is not able to be heated in the summer months. Must reach out to us at least two weeks prior to your arrival to arrange for pool heat.

• Dog Friendly: This home permits a max of two dogs to stay in the home. The pet fee is $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and pay the additional pet fee.
