The house was amazing! It was newly updated and absolutely gorgeous. They had everything you needed and more. We paid for the pool to be heated and that made the stay that much better. The house is perfect for a dog. Sea pines is so great and is in close proximity to all the restaurants and everywhere is dog friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

This was a beautiful updated home located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with every cook item you could imagine. ( keurig, regular coffee pot, even a crockpot, microwave drawer and extra full frig in laundry room off the kitchen ). The laundry room does not have a utility tub. Starter supplies were minimal 1 paper towel, 1 laundry detergent, no dishwasher detergent, 1 small dish soap for sink. The pool looked amazing but full of pine mulch and tree leaves (sunk at the bottom). There was no pool service during our 6 day stay. There was a spa but couldn't figure out how to turn on the jets. There was no information in the booklet at the home about the pool/ spa. We didn't use the pool or spa! Very close to the lagoon. Super easy to ride the bike path to Sea Pines South beach Club and Salty Dog. Very much enjoyed having the bikes and backpack beach chairs for our stay. Check in was easy! Found out a few days before we had to drive to Island Rentals to pick up our pass to get into Sea Pines. However, this is a ticket to get a pass at the entry at Sea Pines Gates. Digital lock on front door was easy to use after a few times. I rated communication lower because it took them 2 days to respond to a message I sent asking about Tropical Storm Imelda. Lucky for us the storm changed course! The weather ended up being perfect! I would definitely rent this place again! It really is stunning!
