Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay overall and had an excellent time. The place was clean with lots of amenities and the location was perfect. Took several days to resolve pool heat issue and hot tub never got warmer than the pool. Directions were not provided on how to operate the hot tub. Staff was attentive to the issue, but slow to resolve.

This house was fantastic! It was a 3-4 min walk to the beach on a quiet secluded street. It was as described and was well stocked. There were plenty of bath towels and TONS of beach towels. We appreciated that there was dish soap and dishwasher pods as well as laundry pods since you had to wash just the beach towels. The property management group was pleasant, attentive and very responsive. We would rent this house again or another from Beachside Getaway.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is an excellent location with a very low volume beach access. For a fourth row it’s surprisingly close to the beach less than 2 minute walk. The house set up with rooms was perfect for us. We are the only couple that had kids so the master being on a separate side of the house was perfect. Pool area was a great size but the deck area is constantly under the sun and does not have any cover for sitting out there during the day. We had some issues with the pool and hot tub heat. We didn’t get to fully use both until The 5th day. The company was very responsive but they use the 3rd party pool company that couldn’t get the issue fixed. We had both AC units stop working during the trip but it was fixed both times within half a day. Can’t say enough about the responsiveness of the company. Things happen and we all understand that. Overall, an awesome place. If the pool issues can get worked out, this place would be perfect.

Great location, sizable rooms, pool, hot tub great when working

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house and location were great. Short walk to beach and Coligny shopping area. The house could use some TLC but was clean .The biggest issue is the pool/hot tub. It had not been cleaned or chemically treated before we arrived. The management company did come and see the situation and tried to address it the best they could however it wasn’t until the 4th day that the pool company came to address the pool situation. We then had use of the pool for a couple days and then the pump and heater were not working. Again the management company came out but could not rectify the situation. On the last day of our vacation the pool company came back and fixed the pump. I know certain situations like a pump malfunction are unpredictable but regular maintenance can prevent pump clogs etc. We have a pool of our own so understand the importance of regular cleanings, chemical balance and general maintenance checks.We would recommend this location with confirmation of pool maintenance and that a check has been on all things workingclean in the house.
