117 Admirals Row: nuestra villa de dos dormitorios y dos baños completos, decorada con gusto, está completamente amueblada para su comodidad y disfrute. Incluye una cama doble en la suite principal, dos camas individuales en el segundo dormitorio y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. La villa es de 940 pies cuadrados y es más adecuada para una fiesta de hasta 4 personas. Sin embargo, consideraremos un máximo de 6 personas en nuestra villa. El práctico plano de planta crea privacidad entre las habitaciones y la sala de estar principal.

Mantenemos diligentemente nuestra villa para garantizar un alojamiento agradable y confortable para nuestros huéspedes. El acceso a la rampa desde el estacionamiento directamente a la puerta principal hace que nuestra villa sea fácilmente accesible y conveniente.

La ubicación de la esquina cuenta con ventanas adicionales para mucha luz natural, vistas extendidas y cómodas brisas del océano. Pero lo mejor de todo es que nuestro balcón doble le ofrece impresionantes vistas del Océano Atlántico, ¡a solo 50 pies de su puerta! (ver foto).

The hosr is exceptionally responsive. We had an issue with the tv initially and the owners walked me through resetting the TV remotes. We had an issue wih the dishwasher midway thru our stay and the owner had a service rep out within the hour. The unit is updated and the kitchen stocked with everything you will ever need to prepare a meal

The condo is gorgeous! Perfect location, beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms, bedrooms and living room. Fully stocked with everything you could need even beach chairs and wagon. Check in was simple and the owners were very responsive. Loved every minute!

Great condo

We have stayed at the condo for several years. It is a great location in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club with a ocean view. The condo is always clean and has the necessary dishes, Keurig, etc. We will definitely book again!!

Perfect Month at the Beach!

My month-long stay at this condo could not have been more relaxing! Loved sitting on patio to read.i found the furniture, kitchen supplies, beds, bathrooms all to be comfortable. The seating in the den was perfect for when my daughters came. My favorite thing about the visit was the easy access to parking (1st floor unit) and the beach! I will stay here again!

We enjoyed our week on HHI in this perfect condo! It was nice being on the first floor (right by the ramp) and only steps to the beach. The unit was equipped with everything we could’ve needed from a first aid kit with bandaids, Keurig, charging station for electronics, and beach cart with chairs. The owners were incredible hosts and answered questions in a timely manner. We hope to be able to return next year!

Best experience ever!

We loved everything about the villa. It’s just steps away from the beach. The unit is immaculate and has everything you will need for your stay. All my questions to Lynda were answered quickly and I was very appreciative of that. Would definitely stay their again!!

Awesome 1st HHI trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our very first trip to Hilton Head and this condo was just perfect. We were steps to the beach, loved watching the ocean from the porch, and the condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great stay!

We had a great stay. The unit had everything we needed. The updates from the owner are very nice. Great location , easy beach access. Lynda very responsive when contacted although really no issues. Perfect for us !

Excellent and steps from the beach

We just returned from this property and we loved staying there! The location for proximity to the beach is perfect, it’s a 3 minute walk. The resort itself was great for Pickleball, Tennis, two pools, one pool bar, and more than one access point to get to the beach. Our stay was relaxing and so fun to be this close to the beach. We enjoyed meals on the balcony with the ocean in view. We will definitely book again!

The property is exactly as listed. The unit is on the end where there is a ramp sonit is super convenient to enter the builing with a beach wagon or stroller. We definitely will be back!

Perfect summer stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was close enough to the beach to see the water even on the first floor, and was convenient to the pool as well. There was plenty of space for all 4 of us. It was clean and updated, and it was stocked with all of the kitchen items/ appliances needed, as well as beach items to use. It was a lovely condo and a great location!

Beautifully relaxing condo!!!

We had a good wonderful vacation!!!! The owners are very sweet, respond very promptly, and are wonderful decorators!!! The condo was Spacious and the colors have a calming vibe along with the dimming lights it was just what we needed!!! We will definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a wonderful week!!!!
