We thoroughly enjoyed the close ocean front views with the wraparound windows and porch. The convenience to the beach, pool, salty dog grill and the pickleball tennis center was a definite plus. Communications with the host were excellent.

Ice maker didn’t work. Filter needed to be changed in frig queen room sower drained very slow. Master show light was out. It smelled funny- in an unclean way. Furniture is extremely worn out- appeared filthy. Couldn’t get to the beach because of flooding. Complex should have boardwalks for when it rains. Views were good.

This condo was everything and more than we expected. The layout of the condo and its location were perfect. The property manager was quick to answer all of my questions. We will, hopefully, stay at this exact condo again.

Family Friendly Beachfront with amazing view!

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed the ease and convenience this condo offered with the beachfront access and pool! We love walking to salty dog or just around the property. Kim was also immediate to respond and always kind and so helpful! We will definitely stay again!

Best beach, period!

Hudson and Kim’s property at Sea Pines is fantastic! The secluded, never crowded beach is perfect to watch the sunset over the sound. Don’t hesitate to book here, we’ve done it more than once!

Family Vacay Summer 2025

Our family of 4 visited Hilton Head for the first time. We love Sea Pines Tennis Villas in general because it what peaceful and quiet. Our unit was amazing, specifically the views. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Within Sea Pines there were so many things to do that you never need to leave that area of Hilton Head.

Love this property!

This is our 4th stay in this fabulous condo for me and my husband, and it was just as wonderful as ever. The new owners have done a great iob of maintaining what we love about the place. And per usual, the walk to the beach and the views can’t be beat! We will back! Highly recommend.

South Beach Sanctuary

Absolutely perfect!

The condo and property were gorgeous and just as advertised with many amenities. We had a beautiful view from the balcony and were steps from the beach. A perfect find and definitely on the return to list. Our hosts were accommodating and great communicators. We had a great, relaxing family time. 💕

Great condo and location!

We really enjoyed the condo and the location. The place was clean, nicely decorated, and looked liked the pictures. Our daughters each had their own queen bed, and king in master. It was a nice surprise to be welcomed with wine and a snack! It was nice to walk to the beach, and it felt private, quiet and NOT packed! The hosts answered our questions immediately. We could sit on porch and see deer as well as the beach! Salty Fog and shopping were a short walk, as well as pickle ball and many trails for biking/walking. The pool was clean and never too crowded. The only negative was no ceiling fans, and because the ocean is at the end of the island, at times the water felt like a lake (slimy bottom). I would highly recommend this place!!

Location was fantastic!

This was our second stay on HHI. Enjoyed this location much better as the beach is less crowded. Seeing the dolphin and deer was fun! The unit was stocked with everything you can think of. The view was amazing and we enjoyed all the deck space.

Great place Great Location

We loved our stay!! The location is great and the views from the porch are AMAZING! We’ve been coming down to Hilton Head for 14 years and this was the best place we’ve stayed yet. Kim and Hudson were very responsive and great to work with! We look forward to staying here again.

Great South Beach vacation

Location and the view cannot be beat! We loved coffee and sunsets from the balcony. This condo was perfect for the two of us. Had everything we needed. Great beach! Short walk to the Salty Dog. Nice bike ride to Harbour Town. Very quick responses from the mgmt team. We will come stay here again. Thank you!

Peaceful Sunset Heaven

This condo is located at the South End of HHI. Peaceful, not much traffic, and the perfect view of the beach and sunset from the balcony. It is definitely a condo we will be visiting for years to come. All beach equipment located directly across the unit with great storage for your use as well. Clean condo with amenities provided for you. We had great communication with the owners of the condo. The condo is within walking distance of a bike rental company (which I highly recommend biking everywhere), Salty Dog Cafe and South Beach Marina. Already looking forward to our next vacation at HHI at Beachside and Tennis. Thank you for providing a beautiful place for our stay!
