The light went out above the bathroom sink . I called the front desk several times and no one answered.i went to the front desk and told them about the light and they did give a different room- a much bigger one. I had called the night before arriving to ask a question and no one answered. They did not have coffee and cookies when you arrive. Breakfast the first day was lame but the next day was better. There were people smoking outside their rooms- regular and something else. The walkways were covered in insects.

Great Hotel for the night, was traveling down to Nc on my motorcycle. Picked up the Blue Ridge Parkway right outside of Hillsville. Was the perfect location to spend the night on my journey. Right off 77 so it was super convenient.

This property was at a great price compared to other properties in the area. The lobby is large and clean. It doubles as the breakfast area in the morning. Since each room opens to the exterior of the building, parking was very convenient as you could park in front of your room. The room was clean and had all the necessities you would expect. I would recommend this Quality Inn for anyone who is looking for good value for their money.

This was an overnight stop after a long drive. Staff was nice, The room was clean and nice. Bed was comfy. The TV did not work. 1st no remote at all. went to the front desk twice, 2nd remote turned it on by no channels and no volume. Had I been there a full day this would have been an issue. it was midnight by the time i gave up on it and went to sleep. Overall a nice place for a stop over.

First we were given a room that was occupied. We opened the door w the room key and bags were on the bed with the lights on in the room. There was no AC in main lobby. The room walls were all splattered with something that maybe exploded on them - a brown liquid. Toilet paper was off the roll. Front desk didn’t even apologize for giving us a room that was occupied. Terrible.

We had stayed here a few years ago so I thought it would be a fine stop, but it's truly went downhill. We arrived really late due to traveling, once we got to our room I was truly disappointed. It was dirty. I'm not even sure the carpet had been swept in awhile, I found multiple things on the floor.... our AC was disgusting, full of dirt and I almost hated to run it. The room was musty upon entrance as I assume the AC hadn't been on for awhile. The floor in the bathroom was dirty, I even had to wipe up some things on the floor that was sticky. The walls had marks all over them..... The main lobby didn't have AC, there was a sign noting renovations as a apology but honestly I am not sure that's true. The pool was closed not that we would have used it anyway, but one more thing to avoid taking care of. The front desk people were friendly. The breakfast wasn't worth it. I was truly disappointed and it wasn't worth the price paid.
