My sister and I were delighted to revisit one of our favorite mountain cabins. We love the convenient access, proximity to quaint mountain towns, and especially the beautiful private park with flowing creek. We always make time for the noontime music at the Bluegrass Music Museum and can't resist a trip to Nancy's Candies. This time we added a picnic at Groundhog Mt. So relaxing. Hopefully we can return next year.

I would recommend this house for a family of 4. Zero complaints, everything from booking to checkout was flawless. The house was fantastic and LOTS of outdoor space. We saw turkeys every morning. Thank you to the host!!

Love It!

I am so glad that this cabin was available for our family vacation. I was also glad that I didn’t have to leave my dogs at home. Everything was very functional and roomy. We all felt like we had our own space and all come together at the same time! Since this was my youngest dog’s first vacation, I was nervous that he wasn’t going to adjust well. He definitely surprised me…. He laid down and seemed very comfortable within minutes of our arrival. I will certainly keep this place in mind for future visits!!

Nice Cabin

The host checked in often and supplied a lot of helpful information to make our stay great. The cabin was very clean and comfortable and the setting was very peaceful. It was nice and secluded, yet only a short drive to local attractions. Very easy to check in and out also. Highly recommend!

Quiet getaway

This place was perfect, very relaxing and comfy. My family and I enjoyed the firepit by the stream. Everything was very clean and was honestly more than we could ask for. We will definitely book again!

Mountain Song Cabin - The Perfect Getaway

Mountain Song Cabin is a beautiful property. Relaxing, great place for kids and pets to play. Our dog had so much fun playing in the creek. The cabin is clean and well stocked, and the host is very responsive to questions and needs. This is our second time staying here and it won't be our last!

Weekend getaway

Booked it for a weekend getaway before the kids kids started school. The cabin is beautiful, the scenery is even more beautiful, and the area is actually really close to my parent’s small vacation home and we’re able to visit them while we were there too. We will hopefully to get to book it again soon. We really enjoyed it.

Lovely Log Cabin

Stayed here to ride the New River State Park Rail Trail. Enjoyed the huge park-like setting around the cabin. Will return!
