When we arrived, there was no tv remote in the room. The desk clerk brought us one from another room. Once we were able to turn on the tv, the cable was out. Back to the front desk to find out the cable service was out in the entire hotel, but was being worked on. We then used the bathroom only to find the handle was missing from the toilet preventing us from flushing the toilet other than to take the tank top off and pull the chain up from the bottom of the tank which was disgusting. Back to the front desk. A handle was pulled from another room and fixed our issue. The final straw was the roach that came crawling up the bed the next morning. The front desk and maintenance staff we interacted with on multiple occasions were very helpful, but there is no way I would recommend this location without significant changes made to the facility as mentioned above and to include fixing the pancake maker in the breakfast area and cleaning the parking lot which was littered with small piles of leaves and trash.

The second day of stay the breakfast ran out of pancakes. The housekeeping never been performed during my stay. The TV remote control didn't work the last day and the TV apps did not work properly.

We stayed here for one night, last minute. It was a good stay for the price. The room was clean and the hotel is walking distance to Cool River Tubing. The walls are very thin so you will hear your neighbors if you are a light sleeper. Easily fixed by ear plugs or bringing a loud fan.

The only complaint that I have concerns billing. There definitely seemed to be some type of issue when I checked in but I was told that everything was fine. When I got home I saw that my bank was billed twice for the amount of my stay. First when I checked in and again when I checked out. I have made a number of attempts to call and hopefully correct the issue but I have yet to get anyone to answer. I have now turned it over to my bank

Key card kept deactivating, sheets were stained, pillows flat and I asked for some more and they had none to offer. Fire alarm goes off at 10 at nights. The yard had trash all over it.

When we arrived there was construction that went on until midnight. The people next to us partied into all hours of the morning and there was a busted pipe or something behind our wall and it dripped loudly the whole stay. When I let the front desk know they said they were off those days and there was nothing they could do.

The staff was excellent. Night and day shift. An important plus to note is the service began with my calling the front desk hours before I arrived(with questions of accomedations) and even after I returned home(we accidentally left some purchases in the room). It was a great place to return to after a long day.
