My children are enjoying the pool. They say it’s nice and warm. The staff great you and talk to you to make sure you don’t need anything. The staff are keeping the hotel and and clean.

The view of the valley below the hotel was stupendous. It was even partly visible while I was using the outdoor pool, which made the experience lovely. There was just one moment of unpleasantness. When I was checking in, with luggage that required both hands, the receptionist told me to move my car--behind which I had a small U-haul trailer--from one unused section of the parking lot to another, designated for trailers. At the end of an exhausting drive, this felt like the "last straw." At the very least, I believe I should have been permitted to go to my room and deposit my luggage before moving my car.
