One of the best customer service experiences we've ever had at a hotel. The hotel and restaurant staff were attentive and responsive without being intrusive. The food and drinks were delicious. The room and amenities made us feel at home. We didn't want to leave and will stay there again.
We thought the property was just lovely. Tranquil & very welcoming. Room was unique and breakfast was delicious We weren't there long enough to see anything negative.

We were looking for a half way point between Cleveland and Long Island NY. We came across The Inn at Turkey Hill during our search. The staff is so nice and rooms were very spacious and clean. We liked the fact that there were two dining options on the premisis, a brewery and fine dining resturant. We had dinner at the Brewery. Food and service were wonderful. The Inn was a great option over our usual chain hotel stays. We have found a great Inn to stop at along our trips to Long Island.
