The cabin was super cozy and equipped perfectly for our week stay Memorial day week. Check-in was super easy and smooth besides being greeted by blood thirsty mosquitos. Tip, bring bug spray if you are coming during this time of the year. Also, it is best to get there early before dusk. The cabin is quite spacious with 3 bedrooms, big kitchen breakfast bar and table. The nice livingroom windows framed a perfect picture of the lake. The host provided their hulu subscription to watch TV and Wifi worked well. Pssst, don't make the mistake in telling the kids there is wifi like we did. The lodge was open Thursday-Sunday from 4pm to 8pm. The fish fry was amazing. All the amenities for cooking inside the cabin were there. There was also a weber grill, a fireplace with plenty of wood. We brought a fireplace grill to cook some burger over the camp fire. We did not find anything to make smores with but if that is your thing, bring some sticks or make your own to roast marshmallows. Weather was perfect and the lake provided some good fishing. We caught largemouth, small mouth, pike, perch, walleye, bluegills and crappies. Crappies and blue gills were right off the docks making it a perfect downtime activity for the kids. If your are coming with a boat, there is a power pedestal inside the marina dock area. Other than that, it is a 300 foot + power cord run to the dock and the Hosts does provide extension cords. For me, it was much easier to leave in the marina overnight charging
