Great spot for a visit to family
The apartment was very clean, cozy, comfortable and well-furnished. Communication was prompt and all my questions were answered in a very reasonable time frame ahead of and during my stay. The location was great for a trip to visit family in the area; driving directions from the property manager we're helpful since it feels so much darker in Vermont than other places!

bad customer service
apartment itself was good for what we needed but unfortunately the check in process was horrendous. the address listed was incorrect and dropped us in the middle of two roads. when we called multiple times for customer service and field service representatives were very unhelpful with the situation. It would have been helpful to be able to speak with the actual owner of the property.
