The property was dingy and unclean. It needs attention, a vacuuming and a scrub.

Beautiful old inn ,charming, seems more interested in large parties than overnighters, toilet was dirty ,room was pleasant window ac unit, smelt old ,we left without staying night, daughter didnt like smell, typical old wooden smell, very quaint i personally wouldnt go back but for inn lovers very nice

Quaint historic Vermont inn. All the staff was incredibly nice. I got a room upgrade with in room fireplace Great complimentary breakfast.

Fantastic stay! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food at the restaurant was excellent and we even got to sit at the fireplace to eat. The atmosphere was perfect for our fall New England Vacation. Close to Woodstock and the Sleepy Hollow Farm. Pretty farm and Inn! Loooved our stay. Will go back!!!

The quintessential Vermont inn! Every visit is better than the last. My husband and I love this inn so much we had our wedding here! All of our guests who rented rooms very much enjoyed their experience and the breakfast was favored by all. The rooms are all beautifully unique and cozy. The fire seems to burn continuously all winter long. The staff at the Quechee Inn are all top notch. We can't wait to plan our next trip back!

Old and quaint also unfortunately means dirty and creaky. I travel to the area frequently and was looking for something new and thought I’d give the Quechee Inn a try. Unfortunately, although reviews are generally very good, this place was a big miss for me. Bugs on the window sills, laters of dust in the ceiling fan and near the window air conditioner, mold in the bathroom, a wobbly toilet, creaky floors in your own room and the room above you that wake you up in the wee hours, aluminum horizontal slate blinds which let in so much light it’s impossible to sleep past five or six am, beds so we’ll-worn the middle is where you’ll roll and if there are two of you, there’s no “my side of the bed.” Breakfast is passable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay again in the future.

Great as always. Breakfast is generous and delicious. Mattresses could use a replacement soon.

Beautiful cozy inn for a quiet getaway. Very clean with wonderful staff. The restaurant is incredible and the included breakfast was great as well. Just bring your pajamas if staying in the winter time because your room will probably be a little cold, but this is an old building so it was expected. We will be back for sure.

Always a nice visit to The Quechee Inn. Food is excellent, rooms are comfortable, and staff is friendly. Thank you!

Confusing sign in. First room assignment was not adequate for the moneys paid. Later it was upgraded as it should have been in the first place. Dinner was excellent along with the staff

The hotel common areas were truly charming and the room was decorated nicely with original, beautiful plank flooring. Unfortunately, the beds were uncomfortable and need replacing and towels smelled of chlorine. Window unit air conditioner couldn't keep up and we woke up hot in middle of the night. Breakfast was wonderful! Dinner was disappointing. The chef's special (filet tips in a lovely mushroom/wine sauce) was great but the salmon was dry and overcooked. I did not eat the crab cake dinner I ordered. There was very little crab, mostly breading and the overpowering spices masked any crab flavor. At such prices, one would expect better. Setting was lovely.

Very comfortable. For skiers, they serve breakfast too late in the morning

Great place to come back to after a day of skiing. A roaring fire, hot tea and cocoa with a cookie is a nice way to relax from a day out in the cold. Board games are available for play. Bar opens at 5:30pm and dinner starts at 6pm, so you don't need to leave again. Breakfast is included and is a hot buffet of very good quality and variety. My two children always enjoy coming here. Vermont hospitality shines through.

Ambience abounds great food I highly recommend it. Stairs and room needed a good vac

The Inn was a fantastic ,the staff very friendly ,the grounds are beautiful ,the room was great, the full breakfast was delicious .We will be going back !

The Inn was so picturesque and in a great location. Close to all the little towns in the area to explore and a short drive into New Hampshire too. Staff was accommodating and room was cute and comfy. The restaurant was delicious each night we ate there, and staff amazing in taking care of you! I would definitely recommend the hotel and restaurant to anyone of my friends.
