We loved our stay. The house was cozy and fun to stay in with our 9-year old son and dog. The hot tub was relaxing (and especially magically during the light snow). The location is also great — close to all the places we wanted to visit in Woodstock, Windsor, Norwich, and Quechee.

Second stay at this tiny home. We love the cozy feel and the beautiful cabin in the woods location surrounded by tall pines. Arturo was a wonderful responsive host for both of our visits.

The property was gorgeous and made for a very nice getaway! The hot tub was great and it was very peaceful. There were also plenty of dishes, utensils, laundry detergent, and other stuff to help us through our stay. There was an issue with the house not being very clean upon arrival, which was a a pain and required us to clean up quite a bit. However, Arturo and John were very responsive and helped make it right. Would stay again!

Swann’s Way may be my favorite rental place I’ve been to yet. The hosts, Arturo and John, were extremely accommodating, even going as far as to leave a bottle of local maple syrup! The tiny home is beautifully designed and impeccably clean. My favorite aspect by far was the hot tub which is tucked just behind the home amongst the trees. It was so relaxing to be able to go for a warm soak under the stars (though be warned we did hear a pack of coyotes). I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a weekend getaway!

My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful location, property, and thoughtful set up of this tiny house! Nearby Woodstock has a lot of great restaurants and things to do. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Place! Great Location!!

Just book this place! The home was spotless and the location can't be beat. Very close / convenient to Quechee and all it has to offer, restaurants, hiking etc... Great place to stay for the weekend and I look forward to staying here again!

Superb getaway location!

The hosts were extremely gracious and thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Check in and check out was super easy. The hotub was so relaxing and the entire property was amazing. Hope to be back soon!

Great escape

Really enjoyed the escape to some peace and quiet with the family. This was a great spot to unwind, but still close to restaurants, brewery, shops, trails, and anything you need. I highly recommend this spot!

Cozy tiny house stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the tiny house! It is a great location just a 15 minute drive from downtown Woodstock. The added features of the hot tub, fire pit, and deck with string lights make this place stand out. The owners provided a nice welcome gift and a great guide to the area. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely getaway spot

Swann's Way is a delightful, well-designed home in a perfect location—nestled in the woods, but convenient to great hiking, dining, and so much more. The hosts are gracious and responsive...a wonderful experience all around!

This tiny house is absolutely adorable. There's plenty of room, very clean, and if you are concerned you may have forgotten something, no worries! It is stocked with anything and everything you may possible need, even for your pet! And the hot tub is an added bonus. Unfortunately, the foliage was early this year and had pretty much gone by, but we will definitely be back next year to catch it. Thank you guys for a great getaway.

Quechee Trip

Great tiny home in a great location! The house itself is very well appointed and the hosts were great. They even left a little welcome bag of local products!! Just a few minutes drive to Quechee Gorge, Woodstock, and White River Junction. Plenty of trails and places to explore. Good restaurants and a lot of cool antique shops. Perfect mix of relaxation and fun.

Another great stay

Back for 5 days for a solo work trip, after a 10 day stay last year. Wooden hot tub was the perfect addition. Phenomenal communication as always.
