I pockedbthis hotel SPECIFICALLY because it had an airport shuttle. When I got to the hotel and checked in, let them know what time ill needbdriven to the airport, they informed me the shuttle doesnt start running until 7:00 am (most flights leave at 6 am). Upon returning I called to confirm the shuttle will pick me up at 11:00 pm. When my flight got delayed,I called to let them know and they said their shuttles stop running at 8:00 pm 😑

Loved the aesthetics and vibe of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again, but cons were - the heat in our room was full blast upon check in at 72 degrees and I couldn't really regulate it back down entirely. The desk had some icky stuff on it. First staff member I dealt with - super friendly. The 2nd one, on day two - not so much.

Room! We were given a room Went to it the door was open And the room wasn’t cleaned. Went back downstairs was given another room Go to that room had a hanger on the door says do not disturb go into that room anyways And that room wasn’t cleaned either! Go back downstairs for the third time have to wait for the clerk to call her manager. Not sure why.. Findlay given third room after they were going to downgrade our room. But then didn’t.
