Everything about the service we received was wonderful. The staff were very eager to help in any way, quick to address questions, and keen to interact, making us and especially our kids feel very welcome and comfortable. Receptionist Suri took the time to lead us, holding our daughters hands, to a coffee shop recommendation on our first day, and her and one other (I don't remember her name) even gave special gifts to our girls upon check-out. This was amazing and had a very positive effect, the kind you want your kids to experience when visiting other countries. And they even celebrated one daughter's birthday even though it was a week away. They really took care of us!!! The room was very nice, large, and well equipped. This hotel is wonderfully located, within easy walks to just about everywhere and we liked it very much. The staff deserve all our thanks, and praise, and we hope to stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay right in the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi. The staff were exceptional especially when they take their time knowing their guestsโ€™ needs and interests. The breakfast was good with a nice view of the city. They upgraded our room since they had a nicer room available. The staff were attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!
