I booked one room, I was hosted in a smaller room. Food was not what I expected, even more after such great reviews from other customers. I did not like the hotel to the point that the next morning I went to another place. The photos are totally deceiving. I'm still trying to get my money back from the three another nights that I did not stay at this hotel. I booked it through Orbitz, and I was told by the hotel's receptionist that I should talk to Orbitz which is the third party.

Great accomodation and nice staff. During my stay the staff (especially Jennie) were very nice and helped me book a wonderfull trip to Halong Bay. Both Jimmi and Suly spoke english and where always happy to help or chat. The rooms are clean and air conditioned. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway from the vibrant city that is Hanoi!

All the staff here are friendly, we felt really welcomed from the start of our stay even despite our very late arrival! They even helped us to carry all the luggage to the room. We were greeted every morning and night when passing reception, with them taking an interest in how our holiday was going and making sure it all went great! Jimmi helped us to arrange our tours for five days we stayed at the hotel, two of which were at Ninh Binh which were amazing. He’s very thoughtful about the whether, advising us to go to Ha Long Bay when the weather is nice. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit this hotel and speak to Jimmi about tours! Thanks again. :)

Hotel right in the middle of Old Quarter of Hanoi. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast provided, good Pho for breakfast everyday. Lots of fresh fruits. Excellent service by all front desk staff. They all speak excellent English. Our concierge: Jim was excellent. He made reservations for our 2 tours from our email to her. He provided many extra service. From just us discussing to her what we were looking for in the city. The hotel room is more then worth the money you pay for. It is better then I expected.
