Our family suite was very comfortable, large and luxurious, built in the new wing of the hotel. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Especially Jim, at the front desk gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants all of which turned out to be great. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem lake, just minutes away from the heart of the old quarter. Highly recommended!!!

Everyone we met in Vietnam was incredibly nice. But the staff went above and beyond here. It really made our stay in Hanoi that much better. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was attentive and helped us with everything we needed. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Breakfast was included with the room and it was so good! I wish I could give an even higher rating, and when I think of what a great time I had in Hanoi I think a lot has to do with this hotel and staff. I would recommend to everyone and if I ever make it back to Hanoi I will def stay here!

Rooms are small and clean. Everything works. Service is excellent. There is only one power point & common areas are not air conditioned. Breakfast was excellent. Location is great so there are some noise levels.

I came on a girls trip to Vietnam and we stayed at this hotel based on a recommendation from a friend. From start to finish our stay at Hanoi Royal Palce Hotel was fabulous. The best hotel service I've ever received. They went above and beyond what we were expecting - giving us recommendations and arranging various aspects of our stay. They even sent a courier to pick up a mobile wifi hotspot and SIM card for me - amazing! The breakfast was the best we had during our entire stay in Vietnam. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The people employed here made the stay so welcoming and uplifting I enjoyed speaking with all of them. I stayed in a few places in Vietnam and this was my favorite hotel. They allowed me to have an early check in and gave me great recommendations while I was here. I also did a tour through the hotel to Halong Bay and it was also one of my favorite memories. They helped accommodate many things that came up like having to do laundry service last minute.
