This is a really lovely little hotel. All the staff are so nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Spa lady was lovely. The room with balcony was very spacious, and a lovely spot to sit outside in the cool of the morning or evening. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff ( Leo, Daniel and others) were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help you with everything, including dining, museum and shopping options. When we were leaving on a day trip to ninh binh, Daniel reminded us to take a jacket as it gets cold in that area! The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and had a lot of options. The hotel is well positioned in the old quarter. We would highly recommend this hotel to other guests. Hope to return one day!!

Location is great-lots of restaurants,cafes,drinking places,convenient stores around.The Lake,St Joseph's Cathedral,etc were all within walking distance!!Service provided by all staffs were perfect esp.Ms Maya.Room was great-had the Junior suite-clean,well maintained & quiet.Will definitely be staying there again if we do come back to Hanoi!!Recommended 👍👍👍
