Room was clean and nice but you can definitely get better service for the same price elsewhere in Hanoi, service here was slightly below the average I experienced everywhere else I stayed in vietnam. Breakfast was ok but the hot buffet was very limited compared to other places I stayed for similar price (like less than half the variety). Soundproofing didn't seem good I could hear my neighbours talking. Staff were nice and helpful but some aspects of service were slightly lower eg at check in every other hotel I stayed in Vietnam (including a much cheaper 3 star hotel) rushed to help with luggage up the steps and escorted you to the room but here they didn't. I didn't like the fact that the drinking water they provided in the room was filtered water in refillable bottles rather than actual bottled water, maybe for environmental purposes but it wasn't convenient.

The hotel has everything you need. The staff are what makes this place worth it. Every single one is always smiling and attentive to every detail. They all say good morning/evening every time you see them, a little touch that goes a long way! A special shout out to Lan at reception who offered great assistance throughout our stay. Also to Maya who checked us in and made us feel very at home as soon as we arrived. The room was spacious, had comfortable beds, and a large shower with a nice shower head. The breakfast in the morning was tasty, with multiple options to order, as well as a buffet. The hotel is in close proximity to many attractions. Will definitely return when back in Hanoi, and would highly recommend to anyone visiting this area. Thank you so much to the whole team for having me and my brother!

I really wanted to like the hotel but there was a constant banging sound in the room from internal pipes or something else. This only seemed to affect room 701. The front staff are very good.

The staff ( Leo, Daniel and others) were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help you with everything, including dining, museum and shopping options. When we were leaving on a day trip to ninh binh, Daniel reminded us to take a jacket as it gets cold in that area! The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and had a lot of options. The hotel is well positioned in the old quarter. We would highly recommend this hotel to other guests. Hope to return one day!!

Fantastic stay in the Old Quarter!! Hotel was in a great location and you were right in the midst of things as soon as you stepped out the front door. We had the connecting rooms on the 8th floor and it was unique layout that we absolutely loved. Hotel and rooms are showing some wear but overall everything worked really well and it was all super clean. The hotel restaurant's breakfast buffet was one of the big highlights of our trip! The food there was fresh, varied and delicious and the restaurant staff was super friendly, responsive and helpful - going above and beyond on a regular basis. And speaking of staff, that is where I believe this hotel shines. ALL of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt really valued by them and were 100% satisfied with their service and assistance in all areas of our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to others!

This is a really lovely little hotel. All the staff are so nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Spa lady was lovely. The room with balcony was very spacious, and a lovely spot to sit outside in the cool of the morning or evening. We would definitely stay here again.

Had the Marvellous Suite with Patio on top, bright and airy room and big deck gives you some interesting views of Ancient HaNoi city area in day or by night. The best part of stay is an attentive staff, always there to help with everything from area restaurants, booking tours & sightseeing help, finding the little things you crave nearby and always manning the glass dors to open or assist with your bags. The breakfast area was great. Lots of various daily buffet selections along with breakfast staples to start the day. (Pho bowls, Eggs & meats, Omelettes to order , along with pancakes or french toast.) Will definitely recommend and come back again!

We stayed 3 nights and would go back for sure. The staff is the best, so friendly, helpful and personable. We already miss Lan, William, and Daniel. The included breakfast is a small buffet with other items to order like eggs, pho, pancakes, etc. You are right in the middle of the old quarter and can walk everywhere. The famous train street is minutes from the hotel. The rooms are nice, good shower and the beds are comfy. This is a great little boutique hotel.

Overall a very nice hotel. Convenient location. Room was clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok (Limited options). Only really issue I had was the lighting in the rooms could’ve been brighter.
