The stay was ok, on the 10th day stay, they logged me out the system and told me that I need to pay more for the rest of stay. After all the explanations and trips up dawn the elevator, they apologized that was their mistake. To make it up he said will have the service to deliver a fruit bowl to my room, it was never arrived. I am back Home today.

Not quite a 5 stars

This is a Chinese chain hotel. Stains in the carpet, (something I have seen in most Chinese hotels I have been to). Also stains in the lower bed cover. Gim very poorly equipped with machines in need of maintenance. Restaurant breakfast was just acceptable. Staff can hardly speak english. On the good side, lots of amenities, spacious room, nice modern decoration.

Terrific 5 Star Hotel. Amazing value. The upscale Chinese restaurant is the best I've ever had. The Western buffet breakfast is excellent. I've stayed there several times and I will again and again.

Hangzhou special

Hotel chain, New Century group, is usually higher quality than a lot of Chinese local hotels. Front desk persons usually can speak English, somewhat limited, but most of these hotels have one or two well versed folks in English language. Wi-Fi worked well here. This is a change recently among Chinese hotels, as last year most still had the regular cord connection. Rather large hotel, restaurant was pretty good

A great hotel but...

Everything is perfect with this hotel with 2 exceptions: The location is far from the main tourist attractions so you are forced to have a daily long travel if you came as a tourist. The staff does not speak English well. We asked for help with the bath and they got us milk. There was a bad understanding on a second phone call as well. Breakfasts are a great feast here so I suggest you go on a diet before you come here.
