This property was amazing. For the location and price, it can't be beaten. It was a 3-minute walk to a fun part of the west lake with food and dining. The cabs were able to pull up to the front of the lobby. The service was really good. Can't way enough good things about this hotel. I will definitely be back
Name brand but not well maintained. The heat was too warm and it couldn’t be lower, and ac was not working. Service had to bring a portable ac to cool it down. Room was comfortable tho.

The location is excellent, just a quick stroll from both Eudora Station and the lake front. The rooftop bar offers awesome views of the lake, and the trees make you feel like you're not in the city when you're on the top floor. The Kwee Zeen restaurant does well enough but isn't accommodating to off hours dining and is a lot more expensive than is probably should be. The gym will do what you need it to, but its poor air quality and older equipment will not suit the experienced lifter. The staff are ernest but largely incapable. They didn't set me up with the room I had paid for, which I didn't realize until one day before leaving. Overall, its more expensive that it should be but is par for the course among lakefront hotels in Hangzhou.

Regarding your feedback on air-conditioning,The hotel air conditioning is not dual cycle, that is, it can only heat, or cool, but cannot do both in different parts of the building.
