Whoever answers the phone cannot speak english at all. So setting up a shuttle ride is impossible. Once on property, however, there is a very nice man that can. My room had no TV and in the morning, no hot water.

The amazing girls at the front desk were absolutely wonderful—always smiling, super helpful, and ready with great tips for exploring the island. Whether it was helping us book tours, recommending local spots, or just chatting with us about the island’s culture, they were a total joy to interact with every day. We also had the pleasure of meeting Sebastián, the owner, who was just as friendly and welcoming. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and takes pride in making sure everyone has an unforgettable experience. Another bonus? Their laundry service was top-notch! Quick, efficient, and our clothes came back fresh and neatly folded—such a lifesaver after a few adventurous days on the island. If you’re heading to Easter Island, Hara Nui Hotel is the place to stay. Amazing people, great service, and a warm, welcoming vibe that makes it hard to leave. Five stars all the way!

The place to stay when visiting this beautiful and very special place. Great location, excellent staff and very nice cabins. Ask for any help with tour guides and anything else at the reception and they will help you. And did I mention an awesome breakfast? And the pool?
