Property manager was very communicable, house was clean and had a lot of kitchen amenities- more than we have ever had! Bathrooms were clean, loved having an area for the kids to hang out while the adults had a space too. Hot tub was perfect, view was spectacular. Local brewery and wineries were lovely. Would definitely come back to this house if we visit the area again!

The VRBO was so nice, we loved the views, it was super clean, and we made many memories there! We made pizzas and went in the hot tub all weekend! It was such a fun time and it was relaxing. We fell in love with Hammondsport too, such a nice vacation

BEAUTFUL LAKE VIEW FAMILY RETREAT!!

This house was just PERFECT! We had lots of room, things to do ,very clean! The game room was a hit with EVERYONE and the hot tub and firepit were just wonderful! We had the best time with our family with grown kids and the grandkids! We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing this wonderful property !

Finger Lakes family vacation

We stayed for a few nights in June with our three kids (15, 12 and 4). The house was perfect, everyone had their own beds and the kids loved the games that were available. Overall, the house was very clean with the exception of the couch, it had a lot of dog hair/crumbs on the couch. We loved having a fire with s'mores every night and drinking coffee on the porch each morning. Very peaceful setting. It was a fair distance from the state parks that we were there to visit, but that was a lack of planning on our part. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, I would return for sure.

The house was very lovely and clean and the location was picture perfect. The snow was magical and there was holiday cheer in the air everywhere. We were very happy with our stay and recommend it highly. Our only complaint was the heat and some of the lights would shut off every night at mornings at 10. We didnt know and were freezing some nights. We had to replace the batteries in all the tv remotes. Otherwise perfect.

Good location with a nice view of the lake

Overall very nice - The house has a great view of Keuka Lake and is close to several excellent wineries and also close to Hammondsport. Very clean. Only had one issue. The drive is private and not owned by the renter. It had snowed and got stuck. Called maintenance and got me unstuck within an hour.

Quiet birthday girls getaway

Wonderful property great view. Had trouble with the lock once and was resolved literally in under 1 minute it was the best customer service I have experienced in quite some time. Will stay here again!

Great view!

Overall outstanding - especially the view. The house has a stunning view of Keuka Lake and is close to several excellent wineries and also close to Hammondsport. Had trouble figuring out how to adjust the thermostat and contacted property manager for assistance. There were a lot of dead yellow jackets/bees and we killed a few each day so the problem was manageable.

The property and home were very nice. We did have two issues - The master bathroom shower did not work so we had to use the guest bath and we had quite a few cubies in the house

Great location with a nice view of the lake

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was conveniently located between Penn Yan and Hammondsport, with lots of options in between. The property is managed by a 3rd party company, so communication through VRBO doesn't work - you have to call them directly for any inquires. Additionally, the property seemed to have a lot of bees, which made hanging out on the deck a bit tricky. Otherwise, a great spot with lots of fun things to do on site.

Labor Day family weekend

The house has a beautiful lake view and is on a very quiet property. The kids loved the games in the basement and projector tv. Very convenient location to Hammondsport and a bunch of wineries.
