Breakfast was excellent - staff served the hot items and there was also good selection of other options. The only issue we had was that the shower/tub only had one "grab handle" and it was at the opposite end from the shower head. There was no other handle inside the shower. My wife slipped in the shower and fell. She's a little unsteady but there wasn't any non-slip bath mat. We mentioned it at checkout and apparently, getting a bath mat at the front desk was an option. Other than that issue we enjoyed our 2 night stay. The location was very convenient and a Tim Hortons was only steps away.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hallways definitely were not inviting. Very old looking. We needed a cot for my son and all it was was a folding couch pillow that layed on the floor very uncomfortable. Not like anyother cots we used.

Although the hotel was not very busy, they gave a room for handicapped visitors. It was on the main floor, of course, but it was close to the lobby, therefore noisy with traffic and kids. Not sure why they did this, because if somebody with a walker or wheelchair showed up, I would’ve had their room.
