We enjoyed our stay for the week. Very relaxing place was clean and comfortable. My favorite spot was the decks overlooking the bay views. Plenty of room for the family. Convenience to restaurants and shopping. Would stay again.

Beautiful house

We absolutely loved this house. It’s beautiful. There was so many extra things at the house that we didn’t know we needed. Extra beach chairs, umbrella, footballs, boogie boards. We had a group of 9 of us and it was very comfortable. My husband really enjoyed fishing off the dock. He caught all kinds of things. The host responds quickly and is super nice. We will definitely be back!

House was nice, could have been cleaner things under the beds socks etc, candy paper.! several things need to be updated. Hand rails on the staircases lose , my husband went to Lowe’s and got something to tighten the handrail. refrigerator doesn’t get very cold, freezer works great! Floors not very clean we had to clean them when we came in! Had a great week, but on Thursday people came into the other duplex and at night you can hear a lot of walking and moving things. The house was great being on the lagoon but not as great of fishing as we had hoped for. Wish there would have been easier access for the ocean, have to go down some because of the hotels. Nothing so major though that it stopped my family from having a great vacation! Thank you sir sharing your home

Perfect!

Booked this property with my best friends for our annual beach trip! It was an amazing home & came just as described. We were able to accommodate everyone perfectly! There are so many beds and even a pull out bed in the main floor bedroom which i thought was BRILLIANT!! Multiple balconies, beautiful dock, wildlife to spot all day and all night. Nice neighborhood, convenient to everything, short walk to beach. It is a shared property but we weren’t bothered by the neighbors and they weren’t bothered by us! Host was Responsive and kind. 10/10 . Thank you for having us!!!:)

The house is roomy and well stocked. We loved the beach chairs provided and lounge area by dock. Convenient store a short walk from house was a plus. The house itself was decorated cute with nice furniture, but it could use a deep clean. The owner was very responsive. Would stay here again.

Family get away

We have a boat, for family fun on the lagoon it was perfect, nice sand bottom, the kids played on paddle boards, kayaks, and jumped off the pier, we used the boat for pulling the floats and we had a blast on the lagoon. The sand bar at the end of the canal was great for the kids to hang out while taking turn riding then float. The 10 minute walk to the beach was perfect for us, as we had part of the family staying at the Phoenix, so we were able to use the beach access thru them. Location was amazing, the house was set up very nice too. A little cramped in the table area but large kitchen and with 4 adults and 6 small children. But still very nice set up. House needs a deep clean we still had room. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable, but the house itself needs a good deep cleaning. There is a lot of outdoor space and under the house is perfect for outdoor things. We took the kids bikes and they were able to ride along the culd-De- sac, So that was a plus also. We would stay again for the location.

End of season vacation

Property was perfect for our needs. We were able to travel with our fur babies. Love the views from both balconies. Very close to beaches and dining. My only suggestion would be a deep clean to the carpet on the stairs. We would stay again.

Amazing Vacation!!!

We came for a close friend's wedding and this place was perfect! There are plenty of items for cooking your own meals and a grocery store in just a blocks distance. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures showed and very clean. The owner's have made sure that the house has all the conveniences that a home does and we will definitely be back to this place and would recommend it to our family and friends!

Wonderful home right on the water! Super peaceful

Wow! House was huge and clean. Space for everyone. Water views from every room and the balconies are great for chillin. Public beach was a short drive and some of us walked. Bike rentals we fun and we rode down to the hangout and trails! I would recommend this home to anyone traveling with family. We will be back!
